Global Transition Management

KMP’s Outsourcing Management Services assist with the outsourcing transition management activities that occur during contract startup and during contract termination. This is primarily a project management activity where KMP Global Ltd is the primary interface between the sourcing supplier and the various client departments. KMP Global Ltd activities include:

• Developing and keeping current an outsourcing transition plan, managing the activities detailed in the plan
• Organising and chairing outsourcing transition management meetings with supplier and client
• Reporting transition status and financial reporting
• Effectively planning and managing the transition activities to ensure service is not diminished while transitioning a function to an outsourcing supplier.
