Dave has an extensive experience in the field of Information Technology and Telecommunications. Prior to KMP, Dave was respectively the Director of Information Technology for Apollo Solutions Ltd, Intelenet Mauritius Ltd and Teleforma (an Upstream LLC company). Before holding these positions, as CTO, he was managing the WAN infrastructure for Bowman Group of Companies worldwide. He was also the Group Network Manager for Intercall Communications Ltd in the Ise of Man and Telecommunications Manager for American Sports Ltd. He setup the first call center in Mauritius in 1994 and installed the first ISDN PABX at the State Bank of Mauritius Ltd. He has worked in a diverse environment including Call Centers, BPO, Telephone betting, Online gaming and gambling.
Dave has been trained in the USA , South Africa and Europe in companies like AT&T, NCR, AVAYA, ERICSSON, DICTAPHONE, CHECKPOINT, DATACARD
Dave was also managing the overall operations including finance of Teleforma Ltd in the absence of the Managing Director. Thus he holds a Masters in Business Administration (MBA) from the University of Technology Mauritius and a Post Graduate Diploma in Business Management from the Surrey European Management School, University of Surrey, UK. Dave is member of the Chartered Management Institute in the UK. He is also a member of the At Large Advisory Committee (ALAC) of ICANN representing the whole African Region. Last but not least he is also a member of the Advisory Council of the Public Interest Registry (PIR) .ORG.
