KMP Global Outsourcing BPO is located on the 1st Floor, NG Tower, Wall Street, Ebene Mauritius. This company manages the relationship that companies maintain with their customers. With a set of human, organisational and technical means we put in place to satisfy the demands and needs of each adopted customer. KMP Global Outsourcing BPO connect with BPO requesters, BPO providers and service facilitators to design tailor-made business-to-business outsourcing solutions. We undertake to respect the specifications set up and the objectives of the KPIs defined. We provide daily reports specific to each campaign and ensure successful transitions.

We offer full set of consulting services, including end-to-end management, monitoring and execution of outsourcing activities of our clients, Customer Service (Hotline ), and we provide regular business review to monitor and evaluate the outsourcing services offered.

KMP Global Outsourcing BPO operates 24/7, with our full time staff working a varied shift pattern to ensure each hour of the day is adequately covered. Our centre has been ergonomically designed to allow for great working conditions for our operatives Our purpose built technology, allows us to tailor our services to your exact requirements. All of our call systems are managed and maintained by our on-site team, which allow us to quickly respond to your account requests We are aware that our people make our key, they represent both our business and yours. We only employ experienced, friendly staff who are dedicated to making a good impression on your callers and to represent your company to the best of their ability Our employees go though a rigorous induction programme and are regularly assessed on each account. All calls are recorded and monitored to maintain high levels of quality making sure all calls are answered to the exacting standards our clients expect
